Attached is the BeerSmith file for those lazy people (you know who you are!). :D

In the attachment, I've actually subbed Amarillo hops for the Cascades at the 10 minute mark. I ran out of Cascades, and thought it would be a good experiment. Turns out I was right, and it just gives this beer something a bit different than the normal SNPA clone recipe. Both ways are great...brew it twice!

I brewed this yesterday, with the exception of replacing all the cascades with amarillo (hurray fridge cleaning!). Anyway, if it comes out anything like the sample of yours I tried, it should be tasty!

It is tasty. Very nice hop/malt balance with hints of caramel that I really enjoyed. I think I might brew this soon. Make some substitutions of my own.

Yep it's a tasty recipe. I think mine really needs another week to finish carbonating and to clean up before it gets really good. We'll see if the first keg makes it that long :mrgreen:
