Moving Co2 tank to outside of fridge

I have done some research on HBT but I wanted to get the opinion of Chico people. It sounds like I can just put grommets on both side of the gas line, snug them up to the fridge and I am good. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can I get what I need at the Homebrew Shop? Please keep in mind I am going for the most economical solution, while keeping it sealed.
